Are you new to the process of purchasing a home?
Here is a quick how to:
In order to go out and start putting in offers on homes, you first need to get pre-approved.
A pre-approval will ask for your name, address, SSN, DOB, contact information, residential history for the last 2 years and your employment history for the last two years, and finally your banking information for down payment.
Once I receive your online application, then I will pull your credit and run your information through a desktop underwriter that will give me the thumbs up, or the thumbs down.
At this point if you are pre-approved, then I will supply you a pre-approval letter for you to go out and begin shopping for a new home.
If you have a unique situation and want to ask some questions,
feel free to email or call me.
